KAU ESS is an easy to use mobile app developed for KAU employees, so that they could access various information about them.
Employees can access their personal details, salary details, latest income tax statement and latest PF credit card.Below are the steps which can use to make use of KAU ESS app.Step 1.
Login the app using Employee Code and mobile number registered in UFAST.
Upon giving the details, you may get an OTP.
Step 2.
By giving the OTP, you can get into our app.Step 3.
Tapping on given blocks, you may get the informations such as personal details, salary details, PF details and income tax details.If you are unable to login, then check whether the mobile number registerd with UFAST is correct or not.After viewing your details, there are two option to exit from app : 1.
Exit 2.Log off If you decide to exit from app, then you can view all details without getting OTP from server when you open the app for the next time.
If you Log off, you need to register again to get the details.
If an employee of KAU, does not have a smart phone, he/she can view her detail in his/her friends smart phone.
But the OTP may send to the actual employees phone.
